One data center with huge amount of servers but they cannot provide the service following the criteria of cloud computing, the provider will not be count as a cloud. If any data center wants to provide cloud computing service, must they have to have the three characters which mentioned by NIST.

I don’t know the exact answer, but there is much similarity, such as- cloud can go everywhere, Mountain, River, See, Forest, City, and Village but has no limited area.
